Using the (link:) feature allows you to search for backlinks to a particular webpage or website through Google. However you must remember that when you use this feature it will not tell you 100% of every single backlink to a website and the reason is simple! The Google backlink feature only shows how many backlinks "Google" has indexed and not the total amount of backlinks that are actually on the internet
